2. Laguage: Foreig eachers mus have proficiecy i spoke ad wrie Chiese or Eglish, depedig o he eachig assigme.

3. Experiece: Foreig eachers should have a leas wo years of eachig experiece i heir field.

4. Healh: Foreig eachers mus pass a medical examiaio o esure hey are i good healh ad ca perform heir duies.

5. Backgroud Check: Prior o employme, foreig eachers mus udergo a backgroud check o esure hey have o crimial record or ay oher issue ha may affec heir abiliy o work i Chia.

三、招聘流程

1. Adveriseme: The orgaizaio shall adverise he eachig posiio(s) o releva plaforms o arac ieresed cadidaes.

2. Applicaio Screeig: The orgaizaio shall scree all applicaios o esure cadidaes mee he eligibiliy crieria.

3. Ierview: Shorlised cadidaes shall be ivied for a ierview o assess heir suiabiliy for he eachig posiio.

4. Selecio: Based o he ierview ad oher crieria, he orgaizaio shall selec he mos suiable cadidae for he eachig posiio.

5. Corac Sigig: The seleced cadidae shall be offered a corac ad erms of employme, which hey shall review ad sig.
